Captain Jeff Gutman is the owner and operator of the party fishing boats VOYAGER and the ANGLER in Atlantic Highlands, NJ.  For the past twelve years, he has been running inshore trips for Fluke, Bluefish, Sea Bass and Blackfish as well as offshore trips for Tuna, Cod and Pollock.   Captain Jeff will be bringing some of his experienced deck crew with him for the offshore season out of Point Pleasant.


Captain Tracy Rothenberg teamed up with Captain Jeff last year.  Captain Tracy started working on party boats at the age of 13 at Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn.  He spent the next fifteen years working on the HOLIDAY and the DOROTHY B as well as a year on the TEAL in Atlantic Highlands.   Prior to joining the VOYAGER crew, Captain Tracy ran crew boats to oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, but his love of fishing brought him back to New Jersey.

The VOYAGER is equipped with new Lugger® turbocharged diesel engines, new Northern Lights® power generators, the latest fish-finding sonar, communications and navigation equipment including two color fish-finders, three ship-to-shore radios, two radars, two GPS satellite positioning systems, a LORAN navigation unit, autopilot, seawater temperature gauges, and a computer-based chart and plotting system.  For comfort and convenience, you can enjoy our spacious cabin with booth seating and a full galley serving hot and cold food and beverages.
