Captain Jeff Gutman is the owner and operator of the party fishing boats VOYAGER at Point Pleasant Beach, NJ and the ANGLER at Atlantic Highlands, NJ.  Captain Jeff started working on party fishing boats at the age of 12 aboard the MISS MOORE and the TEAL in Staten Island New York.  For the past twenty years, he has been running inshore trips for Fluke, Bluefish, Sea Bass and Blackfish as well as offshore trips for Tuna, Tilefish, Cod and Pollock.


Captain Tracy Rothenberg teamed up with Captain Jeff in 2007.  Captain Tracy started working on party fishing boats at the age of 13 at Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn.   He spent the next fifteen years working on the HOLIDAY and the DOROTHY B as well as a year on the TEAL in Atlantic Highlands.   Prior to joining the VOYAGER crew, Captain Tracy ran crew boats to oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, but his love of fishing brought him back to New Jersey.
